Azra Karabegovic from the Bristol Club stopped by to talk about two new initiatives in her club's area. First, a new networking group in the Newfound Area will hold its initial social gathering at Cielito's Mexican Restaurant in Bristol on April 9th at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend. Second, her club is hosting a Repair Cafe (Toss it? No way!) at the Minot-Sleeper Library in Bristol on Saturday, May 11th from 10 am to 2 pm. This a a free event where skill "fixers" will repair your items. No need to throw them away! If you know of any persons with skills at repair anything, please be in touch with the Bristol Club! We have at least on car full going up. Registration is open on the District website: www.rotary7850.org. And, while you at the site, you can also register of the District Conference in Sherbrooke, QC. The Sherbrooke Club is celebrating 100 years and it is going to be a wonderful conference experience.
Sara walked us through a handout listing the results of our "Where's the Money" Survey on Club Finances. The Board will be working with this document to offer recommendations to the Club for consideration. If you have any thoughts, suggestions, ideas, please feed them to any Board members.
