December 29, 2021 Breakfast Meeting
 
This morning we were joined via Zoom by 7 of the 10 scholarship recipients.
Mikala Ash graduated from SNHU with a degree in elementary ed and is now attending Plymouth State University and going for School Counseling.
Ashley DeRuvo is attending Cleveland Institute of Art and pursuing a degree in Interior Architectural Design.
Fletcher Hall is attending the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME and is majoring in Human Ecology Major.    This is a small and specialized school and does not offer a sports program or must for extracurricular activities.  This school is considered the greenest in the country.

Taylor Maine is attending Tufts in Medford, MA, and has a double major in Sociology and Civic Studies.  She joined the Tufts Labor Coalition Club and Social Justice Coalition to support and pursue Progressive Legislation.
Ben Parsons is attending Washington University and majoring in Political Science.  This last semester was the first time he actually was able to attend in person classes.  There used to be a Rotaract Club and he is working on reactivating the Club.
Mina Rella-Haperman is attending a University in Gainesville and majoring in Zoology.  She also has a part time job selling Cutco Knives
Hope Qualey is attending Empire Beauty School, and it feels like a job already.  School is 9-4 Tuesday thru Saturdays.  3 days of classes and the rest is working.  She will be done and ready for her career in August.
 
Denise had a Happy Dollar, she will put together a slideshow of hers and Alex’s work in Kentucky last week.  They will do the presentation at our meeting on
 
Peggy is working with Dr. David Cote of Plymouth Animal Hospital, along with the Plymouth Police Dept. on the Rabies Clinic.  More to come.
