Youth Leadership and Guidance

Judge Boyle is the Jamboree Chairman for the Northeasdt Region, Boy Scouts of America. He is a resired Presiding Judge, Concord Circuit Court. He is also a retired Colonel, United States Marine Corps, where he was judge Advocate. Judge Boyle has been active as a leader in the Boy Scouts for a number orf years.
