In keeping with our annual tradition we will again recognize a member of our respective communities as Citizen of the Year at our Changing of the Guard. We’re looking for that special person, a non Rotarian, one who exemplifies Rotary values. Generally an individual but could be pair – husband and wife - who are making a difference in the lives of others. Preferably someone in a non –paid position as they conduct their activities. Nominations and a short Bio are needed for our May 15th board meeting and can be handed to Moe or any member of the board.
