Notes on our May 15th Meeting
After opening the meeting by introducing our guest and returning Rotarians, President Sara, shared the following information: 1) the upcoming Changing of the Guard to be held at The Barn on June 19th (there will be a regular meeting that morning); 2) the collaborative community event involving the Bristol, Plymouth and Lincoln/Woodstock Rotary Clubs as well as other community groups is planned for June 12th at the Flying Monkey at 7 pm,; and, 3) that our nominations for Citizen of the Year need to get into Moe ASAP with the Board Meeting coming this Friday morning.  Kathy announced that the Scholarship Committee had met and selected 11 recipients.

Sara then turned the meeting over to Dawn who facilitated a discussion about Speaker Guidelines for our meetings and that we will record the meeting, but not live stream it this morning.  Mike will send the video out later with a follow up survey as well.  A very helpful discussion followed which will be folded in to the Guidelines which  will eventually be developed.  Watch for the video and survey coming your way.
