Summer BBQ July 20th!
Our annual Rotary Club picnic will be held on July 20, beginning at 6 pm on Squam Lake at the Evans’. Those familiar with our past picnics will recognize the directions to Skip’s house but then travel an extra 2/10s of a mile down 113. So from Plymouth, drive Route 175 to Route 3 in Holderness. Turn onto Route 113 and drive 2 miles to Dirt Road on the right (Dirt Road is the name on the street sign. It is also a dirt road). Dirt road is one lane so turn onto it slowly and if there is a car coming up, just back onto 113 and let it pass. Drive down until you see a cleared area on the left and signs for Holderness Town Beach parking on the right. Park first in the cleared area on the left and, if full, park in the main beach parking lot. From there walk a little further down Dirt Road and turn left into the driveway. Our lake house, 42 Dirt Road, is an immediate right at the barn. Ken will provide the burgers and dogs, condiments, buns and all utensils. Scott King is bringing corn. Please bring an appetizer, salad or desert and the beverages of your choice. Alcohol is allowed. Come by boat if you would like. You will come to the dock just to the right of the Town Beach in Livermore cove. Swimming suits are optional (yikes!). Please let us know if you plan to attend.
Board of Directors Meeting
This months Board of Directors meeting will take place on Friday July 22nd (Not July 15th) at 7am at the Enterprise Center in Plymouth in the first floor conference room. Doors will still be locked at 7am so be on time so you can be let in and if you're not on the Board come along anyway - it should be a fun one - there's plenty of room!
